Introduction
Copper Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling line is used to produce diameter 8mm ETP copper rod or FRHC copper rod, it is equipped with different melting furnaces according to different raw material.
1. Main components
reverberatory furnace or shaft melting furnace, rotary holding furnace, casting machine, roller shears, straightener, burr shaver, rolling mill with 12 stands, oil lubrication system, emulsion lubrication system, cooling and deoxidizing device for copper rod, coiler with two baskets and electric control system.
